Weeks Life ("App") is distributed by Vincent Corru ("We", "Us") under Apple's standard software license for iOS apps - the App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); you can read its full version here

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WeeksLife is a personal life management application that helps users organize their time and track their goals on a weekly basis. The App provides various features including but not limited to:

  • Weekly planning and organization
  • Goal tracking and management
  • Habit formation tools
  • Life period tracking

3. User Accounts

The App stores all data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your data.

4. Premium Features

Some features of the App may require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you create within the App. You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring it does not violate any applicable laws or rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by WeeksLife and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitations of Liability

WeeksLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
